Using positive words would require you to discipline yourself to continue using positive words regardless of the situation that you are in. This is definitely a good practice as these positive words will allow the subconscious mind to act on the positive affirmations faster and hence it will shed more positive light on you. Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
    Subconscious Mind?
I have figured out a way to talk to my boyfriend's subconscious mind and I want more info about it. Has anyone ever talked to someone's subconscious mind?

Anyone know any good websites about it?

    • ANSWER:
I remember talking to mine when he was sleeping, but if you have better way let us know.

  2. QUESTION:
    subconscious mind?
what is our subconscious mind?!! and how does it pertain to our dreams?!

    • ANSWER:
subconsious mind is when our mind is operating or existing outside of consciousness. and when our mind is operating outside of our consciousness, we are said to be unconscious.

dreams are of two types, first being one which we do not wish to happen, and vice versa. second, our memories.

when you're asleep, you are unconscious (the unconscious is a repository for socially unacceptable ideas, wishes or desires, traumatic memories, and painful emotions put out of mind) and when we sleep, we dream. these memories/ideas/wishes/desires manifest themselves in our dreams and behavior.

  3. QUESTION:
How many times better is the Subconscious mind than the Conscious at processing images or audio?
For example, Subliminal messages, how many times faster can the subconscious mind see and recognize a fleeting (quickly appearing) image than the conscious (aware) mind?

And processing information from the senses

    • ANSWER:
I like to use the metaphor of your eyes as the subconscious mind. Your eyes are cameras, and they see everything. Literally, all of the visual information out there. However, your subconscious, almost instantly, filters out 90% of the things you are seeing, and displays them to you. You are looking at your computer screen right now, but what else do you see? A whole lot of stuff, if you just look around!

Your subconscious is also doing thousands of things in a single moment, like removing awareness of the clothes brushing against your body, blinking, and breathing. It's absolutely incredible what it does, and there is no way we can comprehend it with numbers. It stores information like songs/memories, and they can come back up when a certain emotional response is triggered. There are just too many things that the subconscious does, it is the most incredible multitasker you can imagine.

However, our conscious works best when it is working at a single task. If you think about it, there is no such thing as multitasking in our conscious mind. We are only doing 1 thing at a time, or switching back and forth between tasks very quickly.

Use Your Subconscious Mind To Get Anyhing You Want

The subconscious mind is a very powerful tool. Unfortunately, the majority of people do not know this. “Whatever the mind of man can conceive, it can achieve.” This is a well-known saying and fact.

Science, as well as religion has repeatedly told us about the limitless potentials of the human mind and brain, and this has been practically proven by all mankind has achieved in all areas of our lives over the past few decades. This of course leads and suggests to anyone who wishes to excel in all he or she does or wishes to do, to work on improving his or her mind first and foremost. For within each and every one of us lies the innate ability to get, do, and be anything we want in life.

Whatever it is you are engaged in, or want to do in life, you have a much higher chance of succeeding if you can tune your mind, and first achieve in your mind, that thing you want to do, be, or get.

There are two areas of the mind; the conscious mind, and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is the 'outer' part of the mind. You have, or at least are capable of controlling your conscious mind and all that goes on within it. It is the part that directly takes in all information that is received from the outside world through our five senses (hence your ability to control it).

The subconscious mind, on the other hand is more deep-rooted in us and we usually have no control over it, save for how we exercise control over our conscious minds and what we allow to enter it. The subconscious mind is the seat of, and has a direct communication with God, or Infinite Intelligence, or however you refer to Higher Authority. It is 'unconscious' and it makes no distinction between good and bad. It takes whatever is fed to it by the conscious mind and interprets and works on that message, and in turn materializes whatever message it receives, especially if it stays in contact with that message long enough.

Anything and everything we see, hear, touch, taste, and smell is first received by the conscious mind before it is transmitted to the subconscious mind, which is where the actual work of determining what the input is and translating it into a physical equivalent takes place. This is why it is important to be conscious of the things that you allow to reach your mind through your five senses. Children are even more susceptible to this fact than adults are because their mind is still 'young' and not able to fend off what is naturally deemed to be 'bad.'

It is a well-known fact that whatever the mind is continually exposed to, it eventually comes to believe, even if that thing is a lie. Within the previous statement lies the method and ability to getting your mind to conceive whatever it is you want.

Whether you look at it from a purely scientific or religious standpoint, the human mind is a VERY powerful instrument, and your ability to use it will, to a very large extent, determine the type of life you will live. Unfortunately, it is not particularly easy to control the mind, for it has to cope with many distractions that assail it almost every second of the day.

Fortunately for us, there are some known effective methods to stimulate your mind and keep it under some degree of control. Some such methods might seem effective and are perhaps pleasurable, but in actual fact they are harmful. Alcohol, drugs, and fear are a few examples of harmful mind stimulants. Faith, hope, romance, love, and sex on the other hand, are a few positive mind stimulants. There are also other purely scientific methods of stimulating the mind and getting it to "conceive" whatever it is you desire.

Looking at it from a religious standpoint, if the argument is for you to work on influencing your mind to make it give you whatever it is you desire, does such statements in the Bible as "greater works than these shall you do," etc, not put paid to that argument.

In the fifth paragraph of this write-up, I said "The subconscious mind is the seat of, and has a direct communication with God, or Infinite Intelligence," by this statement, I was simply saying and referring to how you can reach and INFLUENCE the God within you and make known your request. The keyword in that statement is "influence," for it is not enough that you pray or mention your desire, you must also be able to convince Him (God) to give you what you want. Hopefully, you can see the correlation between the bible statements and the advice to constantly work on your mind, and consequently your subconscious mind, and bring to its attention that thing you want or intend to do.

For the scientifically minded who believe it all starts and ends with us human beings, this argument to work on and influence your subconscious mind in order to get and be more successful in your endeavors is also very logically sound. For those who argue that it is us humans who are 100% responsible for EVERYTHING in our world, is it not also good advice to ask you to develop yourself, if it is up to YOU and only you, to achieve your dreams, and this not referring to the education received in formal educational institution

If I have been able to, however slightly, convince you of the fact that you have a much better chance of getting practically anything you desire in and out of life, then you owe it to your self to begin now to take the effort and communicate to your subconscious mind, the object of your desires.
